By accessing or using MiniFounder.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
MiniFounder.ai is designed for children ages 5 and up. The following eligibility requirements apply:
- Children under 13 must have a parent or legal guardian create and manage their account in compliance with COPPA.
- Children ages 13 to 17 may create an account with parental consent.
- Parents must provide a valid email address and accurate account information.
- Each child must have their own individual profile — one account per child.
- Account sharing is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these eligibility requirements or that we reasonably believe are being used in an unauthorized manner.
All subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Square. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
- Your child's progress data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
- All FounderBucks are forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be recovered.
- Published apps in the Founder Store will be removed within 30 days.
Example: If you are billed on March 1 and cancel on March 15, you retain access until March 31. No refund is issued for March 16-31.
MiniFounder.ai includes AI-powered features (Vibebot, Vibe, Shield, Sage) that are currently in beta. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated code and content may contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies.
- AI responses may occasionally be inappropriate despite our content filtering (Shield).
- AI features may experience downtime, latency, or temporary unavailability.
- We rely on third-party AI providers (Anthropic) whose services we do not control.
- AI-generated applications are for educational purposes and are not production-ready software.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue AI features at any time without prior notice.
- AI features are provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for any purpose.
- You will not use AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
- We are not liable for any actions taken based on AI-generated content or code.
- Beta features may change significantly or be removed entirely in future updates.
FounderBucks are a virtual currency used exclusively within MiniFounder.ai. The following terms apply:
- FounderBucks have no real-world monetary value whatsoever.
- FounderBucks cannot be converted to cash, cryptocurrency, or any other form of value.
- FounderBucks cannot be transferred between accounts, gifted, sold, or traded.
- FounderBucks may be earned through lesson completions, achievements, streaks, and promotional events.
- FounderBucks may be spent on in-platform cosmetic items (themes, avatars, badges, sound effects).
- All FounderBucks are forfeited immediately upon account cancellation or termination and cannot be recovered.
- We reserve the right to modify FounderBucks pricing, earning rates, and available items at any time.
- Attempts to exploit, hack, or artificially inflate FounderBucks balances will result in account termination.
MiniFounder.ai includes a public Founder Store where children can publish apps they build on the Platform. By publishing an app, you agree to the following:
- Ownership: You (or your child) retain ownership of the original creative content in published apps.
- License: By publishing, you grant Dharma Universal Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute the app within the Platform for promotional and educational purposes.
- Public Visibility: Published apps are publicly accessible at minifounder.ai/play/[slug]. Anyone can view and interact with published apps without an account.
- Content Review: All apps are subject to automated content filtering and manual review. We reserve the right to remove any app that violates our content guidelines.
- Stats: Play counts, upvotes, and other engagement metrics are publicly visible on published apps.
- Removal: You may unpublish an app at any time from the child dashboard.
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on MiniFounder.ai, including in AI prompts, published apps, usernames, app descriptions, and any other user-generated content:
- Sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind
- Violence, gore, or graphic content beyond age-appropriate cartoon violence
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment targeting any group or individual
- Personal information including full names, addresses, phone numbers, school names, or photos of minors
- Drug or substance references including alcohol, tobacco, and controlled substances
- Profanity, vulgar language, or slurs
- Bullying, threats, or intimidation
- Malware, phishing, or malicious code
- Copyright infringement or use of others' intellectual property without permission
- Gambling or real-money transactions
- Promotion of self-harm or dangerous activities
Violations will result in immediate content removal and may result in account suspension or termination. In cases involving the sexual exploitation of minors, we will report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies.
The AI Sandbox and all code generated through the Platform are intended for educational purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Code generated by the AI Sandbox is not production-grade software.
- Generated applications may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, or functional limitations.
- The Platform does not provide professional software development services.
- Apps created on the Platform run in sandboxed iframes and are not independently deployable.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or functionality of any AI-generated code.
- You should not rely on Platform-generated code for commercial, medical, financial, or safety-critical applications.
YOU OWN WHAT YOU BUILD. FULL STOP.
- Everything you build on MiniFounder.ai is yours.
- Dharma Universal Inc. does NOT own your creations.
- We do NOT claim any ownership over apps, code, or content you create on this platform.
- You are free to download, export, and use your code anywhere you want.
- Taking your code off the platform does not affect your ownership in any way.
YOUR RIGHTS AS A CREATOR:
- You retain 100% ownership of all apps and code you build on MiniFounder.ai
- You may download and export your code at any time
- You may use your code on any other platform or publish it anywhere
- You may modify, sell, or give away your code outside of MiniFounder
- Your ownership does not expire when your subscription ends
- Cancelling your account does not forfeit your right to code you already downloaded
PLATFORM DISPLAY LICENSE:
By publishing an app to the MiniFounder Marketplace you grant Dharma Universal Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license ONLY to:
- Display your app within the MiniFounder platform
- Show your app name and description in the Marketplace
- Allow other MiniFounder users to interact with your published app within the platform
This license is LIMITED and means:
- We can show your app inside MiniFounder
- We do NOT own your app
- We do NOT have rights to sell your app
- We do NOT have rights to use your app outside of MiniFounder
- This license ends when you unpublish your app or delete your account
CODE EXPORT AND PORTABILITY:
- MiniFounder provides code download and export functionality so you can always access your work
- We encourage you to download your code regularly as a backup
- Downloaded code belongs to you completely
- We do not watermark or restrict downloaded code
PLATFORM MARKS (what we DO own):
- MiniFounder.ai brand and logo
- Dharma Universal Inc. name and marks
- FounderBucks name and system
- Mini to Master curriculum framework
- Vibe, Shield, and Sage agent names and designs
- Vibebot name and character design
These platform marks belong to Dharma Universal Inc. and may not be used without written permission. For intellectual property concerns: legal@minifounder.ai
MiniFounder.ai includes an investor-facing portal that showcases trending apps and builder profiles. This feature is provided for informational and networking purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:
- The investor portal does not constitute an offer to sell securities or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities.
- Dharma Universal Inc. is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial advisor.
- We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or endorsements of any kind.
- Any interactions between investors and families are facilitated at the parties' own risk.
- We are not responsible for any investment decisions, business relationships, or financial outcomes arising from use of the investor portal.
- Investor inquiries are routed to parent email addresses only — never directly to children.
- Parents control investor visibility settings and may opt out at any time.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DHARMA UNIVERSAL INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- WARRANTIES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CODE AND RESPONSES.
- WARRANTIES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM PERIOD REQUIRED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DHARMA UNIVERSAL INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CODE.
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA.
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM.
IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
- Class Action Waiver: You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
- Jury Waiver: Both parties waive their right to a jury trial for any dispute arising from these Terms.
- Small Claims: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits.
We may terminate or suspend your account under the following circumstances:
Termination for Cause:
- Violation of these Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Submission of prohibited content as defined in Section 7.
- Attempts to exploit, hack, or abuse the Platform or its systems.
- Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks.
- Use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
Voluntary Termination:
- You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@minifounder.ai.
- Upon voluntary termination, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
In all cases of termination, all FounderBucks are immediately forfeited and cannot be recovered, refunded, or transferred.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect.
- We will send an email notification to the email address associated with your account.
- We will display a notice on the Platform.
- The “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms will be updated.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.

By using MiniFounder.ai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing on behalf of a minor, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the minor to these Terms.
